Session Dispatch
New user sessions can be auto-assigned to staff seats. Supervisors and agents can transfer sessions later. Available on all plans.
Project staff
Project details → Project Staff:
- All staff — any enabled seat with project access
- Specific staff — pick seats (requires at least one)
Create seats first in Staff Seats.
Dispatch rules
| Rule | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Round robin (default) | Cycle through eligible seats; assigns even if offline |
| Online first | Prefer online seats; falls back to round robin if all offline |
Transfers
- Supervisor: Chat Sessions → open chat → Transfer session
- Agent: Same in staff portal if seat has transfer permission

Ad → Magic link → Bot → new session → dispatch → staff portal.
