Setup

1. Create risk groups and add keywords.
2. Choose mode:
   • Block and notify — confirm dialog before send
   • Allow send — audit log only
3. Apply to projects (from risk page or project menu → set monitored groups).

Scope

• Applies to staff portal outbound messages only
• Supervisor sends from admin chat are not checked
• Scans original text and translation fields

Trigger logs

Open trigger history per keyword for audit (time, staff, project, session, matched term).
