Auto Translation
Two independent features in chat:
- Send auto-translate — translate your reply before it reaches the user
- Receive auto-translate — translate inbound user text for agents
Each has its own daily quota by plan.
Daily quotas

Send auto-translate
Toggle Auto translate above the composer. Type in your language → debounced preview → send sends the translated text.
Session Translation settings: source/target language, delay (1–8s), message display mode.
Receive auto-translate
Session settings → Translation → enable Receive auto-translate, set languages, save.
Inbound text is translated when the session option is on.
Tips
- Session settings override account defaults.
- Welcome page shows remaining quotas.
- Both directions can be enabled for full bilingual support.
